Meeting start dot on time. Mr Vilas Rabde welcome to all participants. Meeting followed in three sections,
Section I: brief introduction of all 12 participants.
Section II: presentation done by two start-ups.
Section III: Off line discussions at dinner table.

He explained background behind start-up. Also speak about his focus on education and farming section.
Presented product 1) An alternative board to ARDINO technology
This development is done with self-funding. Five such boards are ready.
Status: Technology developed and ready with sample product.
Requirement: Time being put hold on further development
Presented product 2) Automation cell for India,
Status: Technology under development.
Requirement: Project funding

1) Mr. Vishwas Kale- For development support from many industries is available, requested him to specify product. Nearly 30 Lakh funding is available.
2) Mr Narayan Bedarkar: Suggest to focus on what is value for customer. What are the product features which give value to customer.
3) Mr. Girish Ranade: The price is always decided by market, but not by those who made it.
4) Mr. Hemmant Padhye: Focus on hot items which give earning.

His business activity is to make products for food and beverages segment.
Challenge 1- Validating quantity and quality of food based raw material served in restaurants.
Challenge 2- Cloud industry, availability problem in frozen industry.
Scope: Improvement in 2% to 3% profitability.
Solution: harness the power of existing data stream between two data points.
Method: We study and identify where exactly problem in food production process is.
Market condition: Restaurants and hotel chains segment is not largely organised and operating through technologies.
Deliverables: We assemble our own hardware at location. This is to get access in process during the food production activity.
System components: Electronics- AI age camera system with image sensors and mother boards, invisible weight surface, retrofits in kitchen equipment.
Status: Already running pilot project running at renowned restaurant in Pune. 3 Units installed, 2 in production and 1 in between location at food waste collector. Working at total 3 customers.
Result: reduced waste by 40%
Technology Requirements: Exclusive weight sensors / weight scales
Business requirement: Need support for industrial manufacturing activity
Funding requirement: Not required funding at this stage. Has funding from angel investors. Already got 40 lakhs through government funding, 60 lakhs from private sector.

Mr Gautam Morey: Suggested pricing should be linked with percentage sharing.
