Working as a Regional Manager, west region (Maharashtra, Goa & Gujarat) in Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI).
Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) is a not-for-profit organization, registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956.The council has been promoted by six associations i.e. CEAMA, ELCINA, IESA (formerly ISA), IPCA, MAIT & ELCOMA.
Having 26 + years of experience in various fields like Textile, Food Industry, Agriculture Industry, Software and Skill development. Started career as a Management Trainee from Textile industry.
From 2017 Joined ESSCI and worked on various schemes viz. Pradhan Mantri Kaushalya Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDUGKY), National Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM), SANKALP, Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM), National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for existing organized and unorganized working people, Pramod Mahajan Kaushalya v Udyojakta Vikas Yojana (PMKUVA) State sponsored scheme, Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) for school, B. Voc, and other state sponsored scheme for SC, ST, OBC and Minorities.
